It's cannon. Salagir oversees the writing and has gone back and changed words where they might be misleading in the past.

dbm bojack vs ssj goku (cell games): well movie 9 happend fairly short after cell's defeat, and base goku managed to knock transformed bojack off his feet (and this was before he trained with grand kai). dbm bojack does not seem to be that much stronger then in movie 9. i say it's fairly even.

dbm broly vs super 17: Broly wins hands down. seeing as for some reason dbm broly rarely shot energy blasts. not much for super 17 to absorb then.

kat vs chichi: chi-chi slaughters her easy

super namek vs kid buu: haven't seen the super namek in action yet. but i think he would win.

Dr Killjoy, Salagir stated U18 and U16 Goten and Trunks are the exact same a long time ago. Same with Videl, Gohan, and Piccolo.

true, but i was not talking about u16 vs u18
