I'm pretty sure that Ussj Future Trunks was talking about DBM canon, which isn't the same thing as the manga canon. And the manga cannon is something else entirely.

As for Grand Supreme Kai? Who the fuck knows. He literally blew Buff Buu into pieces with his breath. Besides, he is the GOD of the DB universe. The only reason he lost to Buff Buu was because Buu surprised him with the absorption. If Buu was ~ SSJ3 with South who was ~ SSJ3, then GSK would probably give Vegetto a good fight.

well south supreme kai didn't suffer from massive energy drain, can't blame goku for that.

Also, if South Kai was as strong as SSJ3 Goku, why didn't he draw the Z-Sword?

Very conflicting indeed. Vegeta as SSJ2 didn't do great against Kid Buu. South Supreme Kai obviously faired better. Maybe the Kais back then didn't know about the Z Sword being able to help them get stronger?

. filler is not canon to the comic, but i consider it canon to the anime. understand?

north supreme kai (the one with the moustache) used a sword against buu. didn't help him much.

west supreme kai > north supreme kai where the first 2 to die.
then he fought south supreme kai and absorb him. he nearly killed east supreme kai (shin) befoe being stopped by grand supreme kai. who then also got absorbed.

shin hid, until bibidi sealed buu in the ball again. then he killed bibidi and hid the ball on earth.

Keep in mind that this is a different Yamcha than the U18 one. For all we know, this one has never lost a fight. Hell, for all we know, Yamcha and Tien could be the cyborgs of Universe 9 (which would explain their apparent lack of aging, although it seems more likely that they were just dead for an extended period of time).
