Gogeta or Vegetto

who is the better/stronger fusion?

Vegetto wins this hands down

the fusion dance is seriously hinderd by the 30 minutes time limit
if gogeta would use ssj3, his fusion time would be shortend to 5 - 10 minutes (gotenks could only hold ssj3 for 5 minutes, in the anime 5 minutes of course looks much longer (like planet nameks 5 minutes destruction :p)
so gogeta could probaly manage 10 minutes, unless it's realy just set at 5 minutes for ssj3.


vegetto has none of those problems. even if gogeta has a high power level, it would only be for a short while and then they have to wait an hour (or was it half an hour) again before gogeta can be formed again

Okay, now we know which is the most efficient. Now, which one looks cooler? XD

vegetto, the fusion dance clothes look good on a child like gotenks, but on an adult it just looks weird

I think the fusion clothes look fine on an adult. To me, Vegeto's clothes
seem a bit bland in comparison, even.

they are equal in power until gogeta runs out of time imo. as for cooler, i like the metamoran clothes better than vegeta's gi on top of goku's gi.

actualy the fusion dance is weaker
because goku has to lower his power (same as trunks needed to lower his power) so that power (lets say 20%) is lost.

the fusion dance seems more like x + y + a power boost
patora earing seems more like x X y (and in vegetto's cause the rivalry gave it an extra boost)

im sick of people saying that. true, goku has to hold back. but where do you think that power goes? vanish into thin air? why would it? its still in goku. he just supressed it. no gogeta still has the same power as vegetto.

how is it plus and not x? do you really think gotenks was trunks + goten? unfused they cant take 18. fused they are stonger than goku.

elder kai said "more complete" not "stronger". its vague and not enough to imply he was actually made stronger by the rivalry.

but i think leon did come with a interesting theory that you might like, seeing as you dislike vegetto.

if goku and vegeta (u18) have kept training constantly. their fusion of gogeta should have a higher base then vegetto. who (in theory) trained alone.

no. never said it was a stronger fusion, just better. and no i like vegetto, though not quite as much as gogeta. and yes in thery multiverse gogeta > vegetto at least for five to ten minutes. then again since goku has no doubt mastered ssj3 by now, i think the ssj3 drain on a fusion body is much less. so i think gogeta can hold ssj3 for the full 30 mins. and with that power, thats more than enough time to kill whoever hes fighting. vegetto is tired right now in multiverse. so fresh gogeta would be a big help if vegeta actually agrees to it in time. cant see him doing that unless theres no other options.

it's just that the amount of power released from ssj3. causes the fusion time to be shortend.

the fusion body is obviously stronger than a living body. so if the living body learns to reduce the strain on ssj3 obviously the fusion will benefit.

then of course the thing about ssj3 remains. can it be masterd like ssj?
ssj3 was never intended for a living body. only reason goku managed to unlock it because he was dead and his body was made of ki in otherworld.

gotenks cheated because being a fusion.

i have no doubt that it could be possible, but how much would it work for the gogeta, the fusion time could still be limited

i would say gotenks can only hold ssj3 for 5 minutes (as shown during the buu fight)
gogeta i think he can hold ssj3 for 10 minutes, before the fusion breaks apart.

how is that cheating? obviously a fusion body can handle it better than just one body. so if it cant be mastered, gogeta should be able to at least hold it longer than gotenks. over time, he can probably hold it for 20, like i think dbm gogeta could. the stronger the fusion the longer they can hold the power in imo

it's cheating because the fusion being (this case gotenks) is formed through magic. so they bypass the limit.

so? i mean its dbz. and fusion isnt really that magical. its like kaioken. then again you can just say everything in dbz is magic since its fantasy. so magic isnt cheating.

id say gogeta or vegetto formed by the same base saiyans will always be equal in power. the only difference is the time limit on the dance. a real difference should only be the personality. imo.
